Exfoliate and moisturize dry areas (knees, elbows) prior to application.
Apply evenly to clean, dry skin using hands or a mitt.
Wash hands thoroughly immediately after applying.
Allow to develop for 6–8 hours before rinsing or sweating.
Reapply every 7-10 days to maintain your glow.
