Mouth Tape - (White Oval)

I have been mouth taping at night for better sleep for years. This is BY FAR the best tape I have ever used. It is easy to apply, doesn’t come off at night but super easy to remove in the morning. Very comfortable! 10/10

I started wearing mouth because my wife said I was breathing too heavy and my mouth would drop when I sleep. I would wake up with dry mouth. I was a little skeptical, but started using this and was happy with the results. My wife doesn't complain anymore and I don't wake up with dry mouth. I heard wearing mouth tape prevents cavities as well so I'll keep wearing this every night.
