Mouth Tape - (Pink Lips)

I wanted to share my positive experience with mouth tape, specifically regarding how it has improved my sleep and the sleep of a friend.

My friend and I recently shared a room, and using the mouth tape completely eliminated snoring for both of us. The combination of the tape and the resulting nasal breathing led to complete relaxation, and we both woke up feeling refreshed and truly rested.

We both absolutely love the mouth tape and plan to use it daily. It's also fantastic for special trips and makes a great gift recommendation.

Love the coverage. No leakage. Stays on all night without moving. Minimal discomfort when removing. I can remove it to take my meds in the early morning, put it back on immediately after taking them and it sticks just as well as the first time.

I'm completely obsessed with this mouth tape. I get such better sleep when I wear it, but I've heard it helps sculpt my jawline too....bonus! I've also heard breathing through your nose is so much healthier for you and you actually get more oxygen. I keep hearing about the benefits of mouth tape and now I'm obsessed and can't live without it! This one is so good because the adhesive is just right and it doesn't hurt when you take it off, yet it stays on all night. I also like the fact that it's cotton which feels safer to me than another synthetic material.
